Plain Muffins
Title: Plain Muffins Categories: Breads, Muffins Yield: 1 Servings 4 tb Shortening 2 tb Sugar 1 Egg 3 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Milk 2 c Flour Cream shortening and sugar, then beat in well beaten egg. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
