2 c Sugar
1/ 1/2 c oil
4 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 c All-purpose flour
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 cn (12-oz) evaporated milk
1 cn (2 1/2 oz) or package poppy
-seeds
1 pk (3-oz) walnuts (or pecans)

Thanks to all who posted the 3-bean for me -- (it's in the fridge) --
here's a couple recipes I found in a Country Inn cookbook -- from the
Cliffhouse in Indiana.

Combine in a large bowl the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add in all the
remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour and 10
