Title: Poppy Seed Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Chicken; can use breasts
1 cn Cream of chicken soup; 99 %
-fat free
1 Carton sour cream; 8 0z. -
-fat free
40 Ritz crackers; crushed
1 Stick margarine
2 ts Poppy seeds

Cook chicken and debone. Cut into bite size pieces and put in bottom of
greased casserole. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Melt
oleo and add crushed crackers. Sprinkle on top. Srinkle poppy seeds on
top. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 min. Serves 4 - 6.

Note: Martha mixs chicken in with soup and sour cream.
