Title: Pork Chop Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 6 Pork chops 3/4 c Raw rice 1 lg Onion 2 c Tomatoes 1 Green pepper 3 c Beef bouillon or tomato -juice 1/8 ts Marjoram; (if desired) Brown pork chops in skillet. Place chops on top of rice in bottom of fairly deep casserole or pan and add pork chop drippings. Put a thick slice of onion, tomato and a ring of green pepper on each chop. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in beef bouillon or tomato juice and sprinkle with marjoram. Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for at least one hour. Serves 6.
