Title: Pork Chop Casserole Categories: Casserole Yield: 6 Servings 6 lg Potatoes; sliced 2 sm Onions; sliced Salt & black pepper to taste Red pepper to taste Parsley flakes 6 Pork chops 2 cn Golden mushroom soup Place potatoes and onions in bottom of casserole dish. Season with red pepper, salt, black pepper and parsley flakes. Place 6 seasoned pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour one can of soup over chops. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
