Dakota Diner Chili
Title: Dakota Diner Chili Categories: None Yield: 1 servings ------------------------------WET INGREDIENTS------------------------------ 1 1/2 lb LEAN ground sirloin chuck or -round 1/3 md Sweet onion - diced 1/4 c Chi-Chi's Fiesta Picante - -Mild 2 cn (11.5 oz) tomato juice 1 cn (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup 1 cn (14.5 oz) regular diced -tomatoes ---------------------------------SEASONINGS--------------------------------- 1 tb (level) of *Ancho Chile -Seasoning 1 ts Celery seed 1 ts Oregano 1/4 ts Coarse black pepper In a large pan, cook the beef and onion till meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in tomato juice, picante sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, soup and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes.
