Cornmeal

Baguette

Salad ingredients

Beat 3 eggs to make an eggwash, add cream and salt and beat together. Place
the oyster in flour, eggwash and cornmeal and place in hot oil. Move the
oyster around the oil for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Take the baguette, slice and fill with salad ingredients, sundried
tomatoes, onions, fresh salsa and arrange around the fried oyster.
