1 pk Mixed salad leaves
2 lg Oranges; peeled and
; segmented
125 g Dolcelatte cheese; cubed
-(4oz)
25 g Pinenut kernels; toasted
-(1oz)

------------------------------FOR THE DRESSING------------------------------
3 tb Olive oil
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 ts Wholegrain mustard
1 tb Freshly chopped coriander
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper

1. Arrange the salad on a large serving plate and scatter over the orange
segments.

2. Top with the dolcelatte cubes and sprinkle over the nuts.

3. Blend together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
Serve immediately with warm slices of ciabatta
