Title: Drew Carey's Apple Coffee Cake

Yield: 10 Servings

2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Oil
2 Eggs, large
1/4 c Coffee
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/2 c Apples, peeled and sliced
1 c Chopped nuts
Butter or non-stick spray

Grease a bundt cake pan with butter or nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients
together in a bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350øF for one hour.
