Title: Easy Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Yield: 1 servings

2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
3 tb Corn Starch
3/4 c Sugar; (more if you like it
; sweeter)
2 c Milk; (2% is good not
; skimmed)
1 ts Vanilla Extract

In saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Over medium heat stir
constantly, be patient it will thicken as it comes to a boil. Add vanilla
and cook while stirring another minute or two. Cool in fridge uncovered for
a few hours.
