1/2 ts Dried oregano or 1
-tablespoon fresh
1/2 ts Red pepper flakes;

Freshly ground black pepper

Here's a quick and easy way to make a family supper with bountiful summer

Into a covered saucepan--

Cover and let cook for about 30 minutes while you prepare some rice or
pasta.
