1 Baked cheese pizza crust;
-(such as Boboli)
; (16-ounce)
Olive oil
1/2 c Regular or reduced-calorie
-mayonnaise
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Chopped red onion
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil or 1
-tablespoon dried; crumbled
4 lg Garlic cloves; minced

Preheat oven to 450F. Brush pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Combine
remaining ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over crust. Bake until crust is crisp and
topping heated through, about 10 minutes.

Makes 8.
