1 Eggplant
2 cn Stewed tomatoes
Chopped onion
1 Garlic clove
1/2 ts Smoke flavoring
1 pk Frozen corn

Peel and cube eggplant. Water saute onion and garlic until tender. Add
eggplant and tomatoes. Heat until eggplant is tender, then add the corn and
smoke flavoring. Heat through and serve. Great hot or cold!
