1 lg Onion; chopped
6 Carrots; scraped & sliced
2 lb Lean ground beef
2 Potatoes; peeled and diced
2 cn Tomatoes; chopped (29oz.)
1 tb Salt; or to taste
10 c Water
2 ts Black pepper
1 pk Frozen baby lima beans
1 ts Sugar
1 pk Frozen corn
1/2 c Milk

Brown onions and ground beef in large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients
except milk. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Stir in milk.
