4 Passion fruit; halved
10 Lychees; peeled and stones

1 Kiwi; peeled and sliced
1/2 Pineapple; husk removed and

500 ml Water; (17 1/2fl oz)
Sugar
Coriander seeds
Cloves
Lemon rind
Ginger
Lime zest

Gently boil the spicy syrup ingredients and infuse for 30 minutes. Cut up
the fruit into segments and place on a serving dish. Strain the syrup over
the fruit and allow the fruit and syrup to stand together before scraping
out the passion fruit pulp over the top before serving.
