Title: Feurige Bananensuppe (Fiery Banana Soup) Categories: Soups Yield: 6 Servings 1 Onion 1 Chili pepper 2 tb Thomy Sunflower Oil 2 ts Orange zest 100 ml Orange juice 400 ml Water 1/2 Cube of Maggi Clear soup - Bouillon 200 ml Maggi ketchup 3 Bananas Peel and dice the onion. Cut the chili lengthwise, remove the seeds, then cut into long strips. In a pot heat 1T oil. Add the chili and onion and brown. Take the orange juice, zest and water and add to the pot; bring it to a boil. Add the bouillon cube half. Stir in the ketchup and let it simmer. Peel 2 of the bananas and cut into slices. With a mixer puree the soup. Take the remaining banana; peel and slice it. in a small frying pan add 1t of oil and heat it.
