Title: French-Hungarian Salad Categories: November 19 Yield: 1 servings 1/2 c Olive oil 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1/2 c Red wine vinegar 2 tb Water 1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard 1 tb Paprika 2 ts Salt 1 sm Garlic clove 1 ts Pepper 1 Head romaine lettuce; torn -into bite-size ; pieces 2 c Shredded red cabbage 1 c Crumbled feta cheese; (about -4 ounces) Combine first 9 ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Refrigerate.) Combine romaine, cabbage and feta in large bowl. Add enough dressing to season to taste. Toss well. Serves 6.
