2 tb Fresh hot chili peppers; cut

; rings (keep seeds

6 tb Dark soy sauce
2 tb Chinese red vinegar
2 tb Peanut oil

Put peppers, soy sauce, and vinegar in a serving bowl. Heat oil and pour
over mixture.

Yield: 6 ounces
