Title: Fresh Fig Salad with Kiwi-Lime Dressing Categories: None Yield: 1 servings 1/2 c Honeydew melon balls 1/2 c Small strawberries; hulled 2 tb Lime juice; divided 1 sm Kiwi; peeled and chopped 2 tb Fat-free mayo 2 tb Nonfat sour cream 1 tb Honey Torn lettuce and chopped -pecans for garnish In a medium bowl, toss figs, blueberries, melon, and strawberries with 1 tbsp of lime juice. In a food processor, porcess the kiwi, mayo, sour cream and honey with remaining lime juice. Serve fruit over torn lettuce; top with dressing. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings.
