Title: Fresh Strawberry Salsa

3 tb Chopped red onion
2 tb Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Orange juice
2 tb Italian parsley leaves;
-chopped
1 tb Honey
1 1/2 Dijon-style mustard
1 ts Minced fresh or canned
-jalepeno chile; up to 2
1 pt Basket strawberries; stemmed
-and diced
2 tb Raisins; ( optional )
Salt; to taste

In medium bowl whisk all ingredients exept stawberries, raisins and salt.
Add berries and raisins; toss. Season with salt.
