3 Firm-ripe tomatoes; cored

1 tb Finely chopped salad onion

4 Fresh basil leaves; finely

2 ts To 1 tablespoon light olive
-oil
1 tb Lemon juice
Few drops balsamic vinegar;
-(optional)
Salt and freshly milled
-black pepper

Halve the tomatoes and gently squeeze away the seeds. Cut the flesh into
tiny dice and place in a small mixing bowl. Add the onion, basil leaves,
oil, lemon juice and a few drops balsamic vinegar (if used) and mix gently.
Season to taste.
