Title: Garlic Lover's Pasta

Yield: 6 servings

1 tb Olive oil
10 Garlic cloves; minced
2 ts Dried basil
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
56 oz Italian-style stewed
-tomatoes
1 lb Linguine

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute
for 1 minute.

Add basil, peppers, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer
for 10 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Serve over cooked and
drained pasta.

Per serving: 373 calories; 3.5 g fat (8.2% calories from fat); 12.2 g
protein; 75.4 g carbohydrate; 0 mg cholesterol; 889 mg sodium
