Title: Garlic Orange Pork Chops Categories: March 1994 Yield: 1 servings Four; (1/2-inch-thick) ; pork chops 1 tb Vegetable oil 1 lg Garlic clove; minced 1/2 c Fresh orange juice 1/4 c Dry white wine 1 tb Fresh lemon juice; up to 2 Pat pork dry and season with salt and pepper. In a skillet heat oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and brown chops until golden.
