Title: Grilled Chicken with Pepper Sauce Categories: Sainsbury2, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 4 Chicken breast fillets 15 g Butter; melted (1/2oz) 2 Fresh chillies; seeds -removed 2 lg Red peppers; cored and -chopped 75 g Sundried tomatoes; (3oz) 2 ts Soft light brown sugar 1 tb White wine vinegar 1 227 gram can chopped -tomatoes; (8oz) Salt and freshly ground -black pepper 1 tb Freshly chopped parsley 1. Brush the chicken breasts with melted butter and place under a preheated moderate grill for approximately 15 minutes turning occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, place the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan. 3.
