4 sl Kingsmill Country Gold bread
2 Cm; (1 inch) cucumber,
; sliced
1 200 gram pac honey roast
-wafer thin ham
1 tb Lemon flavoured olive oil

Mix the apple with the Creamery light and spread over the slices of bread.

Top with the cucumber slices and honey roast ham.

Drizzle with the olive oil and serve.
