2 Whole wheat English muffins
2 Thin slices lean ham; cut
-into strips
4 Pineapple slices
4 sl Reduced fat American cheese

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange muffins on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Lay strips of ham on top of each muffin slice. Top
with a slice of pineapple and finish with a slice of cheese. Bake for 5
minutes or until the cheese has melted slightly. This recipe is from "The
