Hawaiian Macaroni
Title: Hawaiian Macaroni Categories: Italian2 Yield: 4 servings 1 bn Green onions; sliced (with -tops) 2 tb Oil 2 md Carrots; peeled and shredded 1/4 c Soy sauce 1 cn Pineapple rings in juice 1 md Green pepper; chopped 2 c Macaroni; cooked and drained 1 tb Brown sugar In large skillet sauté‚onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Sauté‚for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce. Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
