2 c Finely grated sharp cheddar
-cheese
1 c Unflavored yogurt or sour
-cream
1/2 c Roasted & finely chopped
-oregon hazelnuts
1 1/2 ts Dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with potato chips or
well-chilled vegetable sticks.
