Title: Hazelnut Pumpkin Bread Categories: Post fabfoo, Post to mc Yield: 1 servings 3 c Sugar 1 c Cooking oil 4 Eggs 2 c Pumpkin 1 c Water 4 c Flour 2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 2 c Chopped oregon hazelnuts 2 ts Soda 1 c Raisins or chopped dates 1 ts Cloves; cinnamon, allspice, ; nutmeg Blend sugar and oil; add eggs and pumpkin. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices together. Add to first mixture, alternating with the water. Add raisins or dates, then the hazelnuts.
