Hearty Reuben Salad
Title: Hearty Reuben Salad Categories: Tasteofhome Yield: 4 servings 4 c Iceberg lettuce; torn 16 oz Sauerkraut; rinsed and -drained 1 c Swiss cheese; cubed 2 2 1/2 ounces each; sliced -corned beef ; chopped 2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 1/4 c Thousand island salad -dressing; 1/4 Cup; (1/4 to 1/2) 1/2 c Rye croutons 4 Hard-boiled egg; quartered In a large salad bowl or shallow platter, toss lettuce, sauerkraut, cheese, corned beef and parsley.
