1 l Double cream
1 l Fruit puree
300 g Caster sugar

-------------------------------PROPER RECIPE-------------------------------
1/2 l Double cream
1/2 l Milk
10 Egg yolks
250 g Caster sugar
1 Vanilla pod

------------------------BANANA AND CHARTREUSE RECIPE------------------------
1 l Double cream
1 l Banana puree
350 g Caster sugar
1 Shot Chartreuse

You need an ice cream machine for this recipe.

Simple recipe: mix all the ingredients together and add to the ice cream
machine.

Proper recipe: boil the milk, cream, vanilla and sugar together. When
boiled, pour carefully on to the yolks, mixing all the time. Return to the
stove to thicken. Pass through a sieve, cool and mix together. Put into the
ice cream machine.
