1 1/2 tb Lowfat granola; (almond
-flavored)
1 c Nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 3/4 tb Honey
1/2 ts Almond extract
Assorted fresh fruit

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until blended smooth.
Refrigerate serveral hours before serving. Serve with sliced cantaloupe,
honeydew melon, strawberries, and sliced peaches.

carbohydrate, 0 gm fiber, 0 gm protein
