Title: Honey Garlic Pork Chops Categories: Eat-lf mail, Low fat, Main dishes, Meats Yield: 4 servings 1/4 c Lemon Juice 1/4 c Honey 2 tb Soy Sauce 1 tb Dry Sherry 2 Cloves Garlic; Minced 4 Boneless Center-Cut Pork -Chops Combine all ingredeints except pork chops in small bowl. Place pork in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over pork. Cover and refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight. Remove pork from marinade. Heat remaining marinade in small saucepan over med heat source 12 - 15 min, turning once during cooking and basting frequently with marinade. (May also be grilled.)
