Title: Honey-Baked Barbecue Chicken Categories: Post2 Yield: 4 servings 1 Chicken - (2 to 3 lbs); cut -up Salt Ground black pepper 1/2 c Tomato sauce 1 Green bell pepper; finely -diced 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Ground dry mustard 1 ts Ground ginger 1/4 ts Ground cloves 1/2 c Honey Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan; salt and pepper to taste. Combine tomato sauce and green pepper. Stir in Worcestershire and lemon juice. Add dry mustard, ginger and cloves; mix well. Stir in honey. Pour over chicken pieces. Turn pieces to coat on all sides. Bake about 70 minutes. Turn pieces once or twice during baking. Yields 4 servings.
