Honey-Dijon Lamb Chops
Title: Honey-Dijon Lamb Chops Categories: Lamb Yield: 2 servings 2 tb Dijon Mustard 2 tb Fresh Rosemary; Crushed 2 tb Fresh Mint 4 tb Honey 1/2 ts Coarsely Ground Pepper 16 oz Lamb Loin Chops Preheat broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well. Trim fat from lamb, and place chops on a broiler pan. Broil 5 minutes on each side. Brush mixture over chops. Broil chops 2 minutes on each side until desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally with mustard mixture.
