Title: Hot And Spicy Chicken with Raita Categories: Sainsbury2, Sainsbury's Yield: 4 servings 4 Hot and spicy chicken -drumsticks and ; thighs or 12 hot and spicy -chicken ; wings -----------------------------------RAITA----------------------------------- 1/2 Cucumber; finely diced 1 tb Freshly chopped mint 1 tb Freshly chopped coriander 300 ml Natural yogurt; (1/2 pint) Salt and freshly ground -black pepper Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney. 1. Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for 30-40 minutes, or the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally. 2. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt then chill until required. Season to taste just before serving. 3. Serve the chicken with the raita. Converted by MC_Buster.
