Title: Hot Avocado Salad

1 Head romaine lettuce;
-chopped
1 ts Mustard powder
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
2 ts Chopped fresh basil
Salt and black pepper to
-taste
4 Scallions; trimmed and
-chopped
4 Ribs celery; diced
1 md Green pepper; seeded and
-diced
1/2 Avocado; peeled and diced
1/2 Cucumber; peeled and diced

Tear lettuce and place in large bowl. Mix together mustard, vinegar, olive
oil, basil, salt and pepper. In skillet with hot oil, saute scallions,
celery and green pepper. Add avocado and cucumber to skillet. Add
vinaigrette to skillet. Pour skillet mixture over lettuce in bowl. Toss.
Serve warm.
