2 c Fresh mint leaves; (packed)
2 c Fresh cilantro leaves;
-(packed)
2/3 c Cider vinegar
1/4 c Sugar
4 Jalapeno chilies; seeded
1 Fresh ginger piece; peeled,
-cut into
; 1/2-inch pieces
; (2-inch)
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Plain yogurt

Combine all ingredients except yogurt in processor and blend until very
finely chopped. Mix in yogurt. Transfer to bowl. (Can be prepared 1 day
ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

Makes about 2 cups.
