Title: Hot Rice Wine And Sesame Dipping Sauce

2 tb Sesame seeds; toasted
1 ts Salt
2/3 c Chicken stock
1/4 c Rice wine vinegar
1/4 c Sesame oil
1/4 c Honey
4 tb Soy sauce
8 Turns Freshly-ground black
-pepper

In a saucepan add the sesame seeds, salt, stock, vinegar, oil, honey and
soy sauce and whisk over high heat until the mixture comes to a full boil.
Turn the heat down to medium, add the black pepper and cook, whisking, for
3 minutes. Remove from heat. This recipe yields 2/3 cup of sauce.
