5 c Slaw *
1/2 Carrot Julienne cut
1/2 Red bell pepper Julienne cut
1/2 Yellow bell pepper Julienne
-cut
1 c Mayo
2 Chopped Hot Peppers **
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Bs Cilantro
1 Bs Chili Powder
1/2 tb Cumin
1/2 tb Ground Coriander
1 tb Maple Syrup
1/2 tb Dijon Mustard ***
1/2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Lime juice

* (I use the shredded in the bag stuff because it already has carrots)

** (of course you can do this to your own taste by using Jalapena's or
Habeneros or even more peppers)

*** (I usually use more like 1 Tbs)

Mix all together and ENJOY!
