1 ts Lemon juice
3 tb Hot vegetable oil
1/2 ts Coriander
2 tb Hot vegetable oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Sweet soy sauce*

1 c Chinese or japanese soy
-sauce
1/2 c Molasses

Mix together marinate and pour over bite-size pieces of meat. Let marinate
for two hours. Thread bite-size portions of meat on bamboo sticks (do not
use metal). Charcoal until well done but not dry. Baste as necessary. Mix
only; no cooking.
