1/4 c Walnuts; finely chopped
1/4 c Raisins; finely chopped
One lemon; juice of
1 tb Matzah meal; (1 to 2)

In a large bowl, mix fruits and nuts to blend thoroughly. Add lemon juice
and enough matzah meal to bind the mixture. Mound charoset tin a bowl or
roll into one inch balls and arrange on plate
