1 tb Heaping parsley
1/4 c Oil
1 ts Crushed red peppers
2 Cloves; minced garlic
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 md Onion; chopped
4 md Potatoes;; (cut in quarters)

In casserole add butter, oil, garlic, onions and potatoes. Stir ingredients
Sprinkle parsley, peppers, cheese and salt Bake 1 her at 350, might take
longer. Potatoes should be crispy.
