Title: Jerked Chicken Skewers Categories: Dujour05 Yield: 1 servings 1 Boneless chicken breast cut -in half; (6 ounce) 2 tb Wet jerk marinade 1 ts Dry jerk seasoning 1 ts Paul Prudhomme's Poultry -Magic 2 Wooden skewers; soaked Pound out chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap until flattened. Remove plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in a non-reactive bowl with the wet marinade for 1 hour, refrigerated.
