1/2 c Hellman's mayonnaise; (DO
-NOT substitute)
1/2 c White sugar
2 Stalks of celery; diced fine
3/4 Granny Smith apple; peeled
-and diced fine, (featured
-key to the flavor of this
-slaw)
Splash of Tarragon Vinegar;
-(probably 1 Tbs, another
-featured flavor print)
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 ts Celery seed
1 ts Chicken seasoning; (NOT
-poultry seasoning)
1/2 ts White pepper

Dice the slaw before adding anything. Then, combine with wet and dry
ingredients. Chill and serve.
