Keith's Spaghetti Sauce
Title: Keith's Spaghetti Sauce Categories: Italian3 Yield: 20 servings 1 ts Garlic powder 1 lb Hot sausage 28 oz Water 1 qt Crushed tomatoes Bay leaf 1 c Minced onion 12 oz Tomato paste 28 oz Tomato sauce 1 tb Oregano Use lg. pot, fry sausage in enough oil to cover bottom until brown. Remove meat and most of oil. Brown onion, add tomato paste, sauce, and tomatoes. Add seasonings, replace sausage, bring to boil and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. stirring every 15 minutes with wooden spoon.
