2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 c Plain yogurt
1/4 c Rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tb Olive oil

Dried or fresh dill; to

1 ts Anise seed; (optional)

MAKES 6 SERVINGS LACTO

MIX all ingredients together in large bowl. Makes 6 servings.
