Title: Lamb Cutlets with Chutney Glaze Categories: Jude2 Yield: 4 servings ------------------------------------LAMB------------------------------------ 600 g Lamb cutlets; (approx) -----------------------------------GLAZE----------------------------------- 1 pk MAGGI Brown Onion Gravy Mix 1/2 c Water 1/4 Sherry 1/4 c Fruit chutney 2 tb Soy sauce 1 Garlic clove; crushed 1 tb Brown sugar Freshly ground black pepper Cook the cutlets over a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until just cooked. Turn once. While the cutlets are cooking, prepare the glaze. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 1 minute.
