1/2 c Non-fat refried beans
1/4 c Salsa
Non-fat sour cream - garnish
Red onion - minced for

Directions: Scramble the eggs to desired doneness. Warm the tortilla. Layer
burrito with remaining ingredients. Roll and eat.
