Title: Low-Fat Chilled Rice Salad

2 c Cooked Brown Rice
1/2 c Raisins
1/2 c Shredded Carrots
1 tb Sesame Seeds
2 tb Pumpkin Seeds
1 tb Minced Onion
3 tb Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tb Maple Syrup

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior
to serving to allow flavors to blend.

Makes 4 servings
